DJ for many years, Margaux is now focusing on live performance, with her own approach she explores different genres. She uses acoustic instruments, synths, objects, field recordings and effects to create organic, warm and deep music.
Her debut album ‘Blurred Memories’ was released on Smallville Records on May 23rd, 2025. This album is a collection of personal memories and sounds of her origins. The tracks were made around 10 years ago when living in Hanoi, Vietnam. They are made with recordings of the streets of Hanoi, voices of friends and family, sounds of martial arts and traditional instruments. ‘Collection of Memories’ is a collage of the original recordings and some more. These are sonic journeys to her past and her origins.
Her recent productions and performances take on more experimental musical direction, floating between genres with original electro-acoustic instrumentation, organic rhythms, percussion and using memories as an inspiration.
She has played in venues, clubs, institutions and festivals around the world such as Atonal, Meakusma, Berghain, Fusion, Waking Life, Garbicz among others. She is hosting a monthly radio show on Refuge Worldwide Radio called Su Phu which explores eclectic sounds.
